ListMail is known to work 100% with most Host4Profit, CPanel, and Ensim servers. Other server panels may not fully support ListMail. It is *always* suggested that you ask your host if they meet your desired ListMail requirements before purchasing support. It's also a good idea to let your host know a bit about your plans - for instance, how you obtain email addresses, how much email you will be sending, etc. just in case they disagree or need to move you to a more powerful server.

Full Installation:
If you don't have the time, capability, or just want a professional to handle it, you can purchase a full installation for your site. A ListMail / Linux technician will configure one working copy of ListMail to the best of their ability on the web host of your choice. When complete, we will email you with details about the steps taken on your server to configure MySQL, SMTP sending, bounce processing, signup by email, the daily scheduled task, etc.

Server Analysis:
If you have already uploaded the files, set up a MySQL database, set up config.php, and possibly started configuring and using ListMail, we will check out and optimize your installation for a reduced rate.
This service can also be used to have unexpected technical difficulties investigated, however, it is advisable to first contact your host and/or search or post a message in the forum in case the problems are suspected to be temporary.
